Physiotherapy

Book an assessment

What it treats

Acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation (knee, shoulder, hip), persistent back and neck pain, tendinopathies, and movement dysfunction.

What a session involves

A first appointment includes a detailed history, functional movement assessment and hands-on examination. Treatment may involve manual therapy, exercise prescription, education around load management, and a written home program.

Who it's for

Suitable for anyone recovering from surgery, managing a long-standing pain condition, or dealing with a new injury that isn't settling on its own.

Chiropractic Care

Book an assessment

What it treats

Mechanical spinal pain, joint stiffness, headaches with a cervical component, and postural strain from prolonged sitting or repetitive work.

What a session involves

Assessment focuses on spinal and joint mobility, posture and neuromuscular function. Treatment includes gentle spinal adjustment, joint mobilisation and soft-tissue techniques. Adjustments are tailored — nothing is forced, and we explain each technique before we use it.

Who it's for

A good fit for people with recurring back or neck pain, tension headaches, or those wanting to address postural issues alongside general care.

Sports Injury Rehab

Book an assessment

What it treats

Acute sporting injuries (ankle sprains, hamstring strains, ACL rehab), overuse injuries in runners and cyclists, and return-to-play programming after time off.

What a session involves

Structured across phases — from early symptom management through progressive loading to sport-specific drills. Includes strapping and taping where clinically useful, and communication with your coach or team where appropriate.

Who it's for

Weekend athletes, club and semi-professional players, runners preparing for events, and anyone trying to get back to training safely.

Postural & Ergonomic Assessment

Book an assessment

What it treats

Desk-related neck, shoulder and lower back pain, wrist and forearm discomfort, and postural fatigue from long working hours.

What a session involves

A 45-minute assessment covering your current setup (photos or video welcome), postural habits and movement patterns. You'll leave with specific workstation adjustments, a short daily mobility routine and a written summary.

Who it's for

Office and hybrid workers, students, and anyone whose daily posture is contributing to persistent discomfort.

Remedial Massage

Book an assessment

What it treats

Muscle tension, restricted range of motion, delayed-onset muscle soreness, and general recovery between training sessions or busy work periods.

What a session involves

Targeted soft-tissue treatment based on the areas identified in your assessment — deep tissue, trigger point release and myofascial techniques. 60 or 90 minute options available.

Who it's for

Patients following a physio or chiro treatment plan, active people managing training load, and those with tension-related discomfort.

What it treats

Persistent trigger points, localised muscle tightness, and referred pain patterns that haven't fully responded to manual therapy alone.

What a session involves

Fine, sterile single-use needles are inserted into specific muscle points. Sessions are brief (typically 15–20 minutes) and usually combined with other treatment within the same appointment.

Who it's for

Used as an adjunct within a broader treatment plan, when your clinician identifies trigger-point involvement in your presentation.

Treatment plans are tailored following your initial assessment. Individual outcomes vary depending on your history, condition and adherence to prescribed exercises. If your presentation falls outside our scope of practice, we'll refer you on to the appropriate specialist.
